The process

  • Once we receive your inquiry we will get back to you within 48 working hours.

    Once you decide to book with us, a contract will be written in order to keep communication 100% transparent.

    A deposit of 50% is also required in order to block your date.

    After that, open the champagne and celebrate: our photo booth service is secured to your day!

  • 30 days before your wedding day you’ll receive a follow-up email from us.

    In that email will be both the information we already have for you to confirm one last time + all information still missing (such as how you want to customize your prints)

  • On the wedding day all we want you to do is to enjoy every second of it!

    Rest assure that we are 100% focused on your day as we only accept 1 event per weekend in order to guarantee we are 100% focused on your day!

  • Once we finish our service, we will deliver you an envelope with the wooden USB that gathers the funniest photos of the entire day (probably).

    One month after you might receive a “happy first month as a married couple” as we always get a bit attached to our couples. After all, we spend months prepping your big day together :)

  • Our packages start with 4 hours of active service.

  • Yes, you can.

  • Electronics are unpredictable but you know what’s predictable? That electronics are unpredictable.

    Because of that, we always bring a backup plan with us (this means extra printers, cameras, computers, etc).

    This way we can always guarantee that the service will run smoothly, even if something fails.

  • A Photo Booth is an entertaining service. For us, it does not make sense to just assemble it and turn our backs to it, leaving people to figure out what to do.

    Because of that, we always include an entertainer/assistant that will not only help people use the machine but actually entertain them with jokes and even inviting people that might be more shy or reluctant to use the photo booth.

  • We work from North to South of Portugal (excluding islands).

We are Fernando and Patricia, a portuguese couple who loves to travel and fell in love with art and each other.

We met in university in 2011 while studying set design and once we finished our degree we found ourselves without any options for a career in that area.

But our passion for the creative world was too big to leave behind so in 2016 we decided to create Borderland while working other jobs.

Everything you see on Borderland was made by us, with a lot of commitment, imagination and hard work. We like to get our hands dirty — in a good, creative way.

When we are not working you might find us exploring the world, creating art or thinking about what other creative projects we could start.
